Here, CN = R^1/6, C^2 =8g/f solve these two equations, we get the answer.

C = (8g/f)^1/2.
1/n R ^ 1/6 = (8g/f) ^ 1/2.
1/n^2 R^1/3 = 8g/f.
f = 8gn^2/R^1/3.
C = (8g/f)^1/2.
