G=2.6 ,e=0.78.
For fully saturated soil (S=1).
So, w=w saturation.
W=e/G.
=0.78/2.6,
=0.3,
In percentage 0.3*100.
=30%.

So, w=w saturation.
W=e/G.
=0.78/2.6,
=0.3,
In percentage 0.3*100.
=30%.
