Always remember eccentricity ratio can never be more than 0.50.
Resultant eccentricity = [(26*0)+(19*45)]/(26+19) = 19.
and eccentricity ratio = 19/200 = 0.095.
Resultant eccentricity = [(26*0)+(19*45)]/(26+19) = 19.
and eccentricity ratio = 19/200 = 0.095.

Resultant ecentricity = (19 * 45)/(26+190=19mm And ecentricity ratio=19/200 = 0.095 option A is correct Answer.
