High lime content increases the strength of mortar so it'll be the high strength mortar, not the weak one.

So, the correct answer is B.

Option C is correct.

The addition of lime increases plasticity, so the quick setting option is wrong and the addition of more lime replaces cement content which is the result of a weaker mix.
