Load factor for Live load is 2.2 and for the Dead load is 1.5.

@ Chhaya: B is the right answer.
It needs a larger safety of factor. They may be fully or partially in place or not present at all and may change its location. Human, chair, table, computer, bed, furniture etc are live loads.
The factor for dead load (1.2) is lower than the factor for live load (1.6) because dead load is more predictable than live load. The load factors are all greater than 1.0
