The basic assumption of Westergaard's theory includes horizontal deformation is neglected which means effect of poison's ratio won't be there.
Also rigid behavior of footing, hence Young's modulus neglected. Answer must be C.

1. soil is semi-infinite.
2. soil is elastic.

So, Option D is correct.
