About centroid : I= (BD^3)/12.
At the base: I'= I+ AH^2 A=area H= distance between centroid and base
A=BD H=D/2.
I'=(BD^3)/12+ (BD^3)/4.
I'=(BD^3)/3.
Therefore I/I'=0.25.
