The horizontal member shall deform in a hogging shape since the joint D shall be rotating clockwise due to the rightward sway of member BD.
As such, BD will deform as shown in option D, the CD will be deformed in a hogging fashion and joint C would rotate anticlockwise causing AC to deform as shown in option D.
