The maximum shear stress=16T/πD^3.
Max.bending stress/max.shear stress=32M/πD63 *πD^3/16t.
=2M/T => answer.
The maximum shear stress=16T/πD^3.

We know f = bending stress.
q = shear stress.
We also know that M/T = f/2q.
Solution f/q = 2M/T.
q = shear stress.
We also know that M/T = f/2q.
Solution f/q = 2M/T.
