We know T/I=C0/L
T/0 = CI/L
So, T is proportional to the moment of inertia of shaft.

Here T/radius = G * TITA/L , so T is directly proportional to TITA.

Because Torsional resistance is proportional to Polar moment of inertia (J) and has no relation with the moment of inertia (I).
