pl^4/48ei = pl^3/3ei.
L/48 = 1/3,
So, 1/16.

FOR SIMPLY aupported beam with a central load W =WL^3/48EI,
FOR cantilever with a load W at its free end =WL^2/3EI.
DIVIDE SIMPLY BY CANTILEVER =1/16.
