Formulas:
alpha(") = s/nDsin1"
R = nLD/s.
Manipulating the formulas, we know that:
R = (1/alpha(")*sin(1"))*L,
R= 13.75.

2mm deflect with a small change of angle 30''
30'' ---> 2mm
60'' ---> 4mm
1' ---> 4mm.
For 360degree ---> 360 * 60 * 4.
So, 2 * 3.14 * r = 360 * 60 * 4.
r = 13.75.
30'' ---> 2mm
60'' ---> 4mm
1' ---> 4mm.
For 360degree ---> 360 * 60 * 4.
So, 2 * 3.14 * r = 360 * 60 * 4.
r = 13.75.

@ Sameer Kashmiri.
There is a mistake in the third line of your comment. It will be 360 * 240 = 86400.

If 30 = 2mm.
Then 1 =60" =4mm.
Then 1degree = 60 * 4 = 240mm.
It means 360 degree = 360 * 40 = 86400mm.
= 86.4 m.
R = L/2 * 3.14.
R = 86.4/2 * 3.14.
R = 13.75 m.
Then 1 =60" =4mm.
Then 1degree = 60 * 4 = 240mm.
It means 360 degree = 360 * 40 = 86400mm.
= 86.4 m.
R = L/2 * 3.14.
R = 86.4/2 * 3.14.
R = 13.75 m.
