As we have radius R so distance from centre to mid point of long chord is R cos Δ/2 So,
Therefore distance from mid-point of the long chord to mid of curve is R - R cos Δ/2.
Therefore distance from mid-point of the long chord to mid of curve is R - R cos Δ/2.
