Here the sum of south latitude is more so projection will toward south. And similarly in the east direction. , and by trigonometry. If two component in east and south direction then. Line direction will be SE.

The sum of S is > then Sum of N ---- > so in south.
The sum of E is > then sum of W ----> so in east.
So south - East ( 4th quadrant).
The sum of E is > then sum of W ----> so in east.
So south - East ( 4th quadrant).
