The sum of S is > then Sum of N ---- > so in south.
The sum of E is > then sum of W ----> so in east.
So south - East ( 4th quadrant).
The sum of E is > then sum of W ----> so in east.
So south - East ( 4th quadrant).

Yes, south-east is right.

Here the sum of south latitude is more so projection will toward south. And similarly in the east direction. , and by trigonometry. If two component in east and south direction then. Line direction will be SE.

I think NW is correct. Let's call A the actual closure point and A' the measured closure point. Yes, A' is south and east of A.
But that's not what the question is asking. The question is asking which quadrant the closing line will be in. The closing line is drawn from A' to A so it is drawn north and west of point A'. Answer (A).

Yes this answer is right. Means lies in N-W quadrant. Because whenever we draw the line, the point we get in quadrant SE, this is the initial point of the closing line. But it should be in origin. Draw the line to the origin then it will be NW quadrant.
