ISOGONIC is same declination.
AGONIC is zero declination.
ISOCLINIC is the same dip.
ACLINIC is zero dips.

The Right Answer is option D because the same or equal declination is the Isogonic line.

Zero declination is Agonic.

Isogonic lines are lines on the Earth's surface along which the declination has the same constant value, and lines along which the declination is zero are called agonic lines. δ is frequently used as the symbol for magnetic declination.
