This azimuth lies in 2nd quadrant (SE), If you take the angle starting from South and move
towards East, this line will make 180° - 120° = 60° from South direction towards East, So the Bearing of this line will be S 60° E.

The zero starts at the North, rotating 120° clockwise which falls at 4 quadrants (SE) (180-120) = S60E.

To starting point always North 180 - 120 = 60.
S 60 E or E 60 S is correct.
