Line of collimation : Imaginary line passing through the intersection of the cross-hairs of the diaphragm and the optical centre of the objective lens.
Axis of telescope : line joining the optical center of the objective to the center of the eyepiece.
Axis of telescope : line joining the optical center of the objective to the center of the eyepiece.

I think when the line of collimation is horizontal, that would be the time when the line of collimation and the line of sight becomes the same. The line of sight is always horizontal, while the collimation the deviation from the true line of sight which is horizontal.

Line of sight is the correct answer. Line of sight is called a Line of collimation when the bubble tube is at the centre. Otherwise, it is just a line of sight.
