Single angle connected by one leg only;
K = 3A1/3A1 + A2.
= 1/{1+0.33(A2/A10}.
K = 3A1/3A1 + A2.
= 1/{1+0.33(A2/A10}.

Given answer is right.
1- for single angle connected by one leg only ;
A= a+kb where k=3a/(3a+b) or say 1/{1+0.33(b/a)}.
2-for pair of angle connected by flange to same side of the gusset;
A = a+kb where k=5a/(5a+b) oer say 1/{1+0.5(b/a)}.

I think for the single Tee section, the answer should be (B) and for the double Tee section, it should be (D).
So, I think here the correct answer is B.
