Rit ans is 35 liter Fine agg + coarse agg = 350.
Ratio = 1 : 2 : 4.
Sum of aggregates = 6,
Weight of cement = 350/6 = 58.33,
For nominal M15 mix water cement ratio = 0.60 plain concrete and RCC 0.50.
Water = 58.33 X 0.60= 35 liter and RCC liy 58.33 x 0.5=30 liter and M15 330kg 32 liter recommended for is code 456 2000 page no.23.

Table9 clause 9.3 & 9.3.1 m15 total aggregate = 330kg & water = 32liter.
