It is not accurate. Less than one is different from less than half. The correct answer is none of these. Because Poisson's ratio can't exceed 0.5.

Poisson ratio (generally) = 0 to 0.5.

Poisson ratio (ideal) = -1 to 0.5.

According to the option, the nearest answer is B less than 1.
