The load is in inclined direction so to resist the load there will be opposite reaction. In hinge support there are two reaction horizontal and verticall. As the load acting downward so the vertical component will act upward toward north and the horizontal component will act toward east.

The Resultant of horizontal and vertical direction is in the direction of NE or EN.

Because the load is inclined, so that convert in two loads horizontal and vertical.
So reaction will be in two directions EAST and NORTH.

I think vertical is right answer.
Because according to equilibrium in 2D, support have 3.
Unknown, support B is hinged. So moment is zero and horizontal reaction is not in option.
