In the question the distance is given for 1st distance is 4m.
So,
Sum of moment at C=0.
Take:
clockwise +
Anticlockwise -
-Mc+1×4-2×2=0
Mc = 4-4
Mc = 0
so, the given answer is correct.

I assume distance for 1t is 4m then I have a moment about fix joint.
M-2t*2+1t*4 = 0,
M-4t+4t = 0
M = 0.
M-2t*2+1t*4 = 0,
M-4t+4t = 0
M = 0.

The perpendicular distance for 1t is not given.
If that is 4 m, then only answer is zero.
If that is 4 m, then only answer is zero.

Take sum of the moment at C.
Consider clockwise positive.
-2x2 + 1x4 = -4 +4 = 0.
Consider clockwise positive.
-2x2 + 1x4 = -4 +4 = 0.
