Look Carefully, it says axial load in beam not transverse load so the correct answer will be thrust diagram.

Thrust diagram shows the variation of load that acts axially/parallel to the axis of the beam. While the shear force diagram shows the variation of load that acts perpendicular to the axis of beams.

Here, the question says axial. So THRUST DIAGRAM is correct.
