The answer is A . 1/25.

Because the thickness value less than 1/15 to 1/20 of internal diameter, it is thin.
1/25 < 1/20 <1/15.

The ratio of t/r is less 1/10 but in question, they have clearly mentioned it is t/d not t/r.

So, the correct answer is 1/20 only.

It is absolutely correct thickness /diameter less than 1/10 and Internal dia /thickness 1/20.

As per my knowledge,

In grade up it is 1/10-1/15.

So, I suggest the correct answer is 1/10.

T < Di/10 - Di/15 = Thin shell.

T > Di/10 - Di/15 = Thick shell.

The answer should be B.

Less than 1/15 to 1/20 .So, t/d <1/20.

Thin cylinders having t/d ratio is less than 1/20 (not 1/10).

It is from 1/10 to 1/15.

Not 1/20 @Eeranna and @Avinash.
