If R is constant then it is absolutely a circle because the circle is one of figures in which r is constant at any point and direction.

If M is constant, then the radius of curvature of the beam is constant and the shape of the elastic curve is a circular arc.

R=(EI/M).
E is the radius of curvature. Its given than bending moment is constant that is M constant(uniform bending)..and also E and I are constant for a section. And now we got EI /m is constant, that is R is constant. Then it's a circle.
