|For circular plate Moment of inertia Ic = πD^4/64.
For square plate Moment of inertia is = D^4/12.
Ratio = (πD^4/64)/( D^4/12) => 3π/16.

|The Answer should be 3π/16.
M.O.I of circular=πD^4/64,
M. O. I of rectangular=D^3/12,
But here depth is given equal so M. O. I of rec=D^4/12,
