As you said zero at supports,

There is difference between zero and least,

Answer is zero at supports and max at centre, so (D).

I think answer is B because at the support bending moment is zero for simply supported beam and maximum at center but the position of load acting is not decided so answer B is right.

But in this beam least is zero. At least means the smallest value of BM and that is zero at support so least value of BM in this beam is zero.
