Answer is E. Fixed at bottom and free at other end it is cantilever. So answer is 2.0 L.

Ans be 1.2L.
As per is 456-2000.

According IS:800_1984 Table no. 5.2 (clauses 5.2.2) (page no. 42).

Answer is 1.2L.

As per norms,

Theoretical value = L.
Recommended =1.2L.
