Two rivet holes for each angle and one rivet hole for every 150 mm width of the plate.

It is for Four angles forming box section. Not for above scenario.

Give an answer is seems to be correct because when 4 angle sections are used at the four sides of a given plate then only single hole is required for each angle section and in the web plate there will be two holes.

As using four angles and a plate as web it's become T-section, so answer is correct.
