It's 0.2 for pair only when they are connected by bolt. Else it will be 0.35.

For a single angle - 0.35.
For a pair of angles of double angle - 0.20.
For a pair of angles of double angle - 0.20.

Here, A1 = A1+KA2 and K=3A1/3A1+A2.
