The critical load =(π^2xEI)/(KL)^2.
Given condition KL = L.

Fixed - fixed E.L = L\2.
Fixed - hinged E.L = L\1.414.
Hinged - hinged E.L= L.
Fixed - free E.L = 2L.
P = ((pi)^2 x EI)/(E.L)^2.
P = Crushing load.
Pi = 22/7.
E = Young's modulus.
I = Moment of inertia.
E.L = Effective length.
L = Unsupported length.
For any condition calculate on your own by this formula.
