Horizontal distance called pitch and vertical distance called gauge distance but here lines are more than one line so between rivet line of pitch is called staggered pitch.

Option c is right because he said distance is measure in the parallel direction of load.

For guage, distance is measured in the perpendicular direction of load.

C/C Distance between two rivets in adjacent parallel rivet line is called gauge distance but oblique distance is called cross pitch.

Staggered pitch is correct.

Here, the question is mentioned as (ALONG ONE RIVET LINE).

Answer should be B.

Here, it is said parallel, so gauge distance should be correct.

Guage distance is correct.

Because it is an adjacent and parallel pitch.

Answer may be A also we don't know the arrangement of a bolt.
