As per IS,

5.1.1 Beam:
Indian Standard junior beams (ISJB).
Indian Standard lightweight beams (ISLB).
Indian Standard medium weight beams(ISMB).
Indian Standard wide flange beams (ISWB).

5.1.2 Columns/Heavy Weight Beams:
a) Indian Standard column sections (ISSC).
b) Indian Standard heavy weight beam (ISHB).

Rolled steel beam sections mean, I sections.

Five series of rolled steel I section is manufactured in India.

(A) ISJB - INDIAN STANDARD JUNIOR BEAMS.
(B) ISLB - INDIAN STANDARD LIGHT BEAMS.
(C) ISMB - INDIAN STANDARD MEDIUM BEAMS.
(D) ISHB - INDIAN STANDARD HEAVY BEAMS.
(E) ISWB - INDIAN STANDARD WIDE FLANGED BEAMS.
