Becoz angular grained soil will have more packing efficiency so it will have more internal friction.

Angle of internal friction is dependent to normal stress (resultant) and the friction. So the dense sand has maximum normal stress and friction is also more due to which B is the right answer. Correct me if I am wrong.

It's 0 for clays.
Minimum for loose sand.
Maximum for Angular Coarse sand.
