Answer = 2 * 10^5 N/mm^2 = 200 KN/mm^2.

210 KN/mm^2 is very rare case.

The elasticity of steel 200kn/mm. So, option B is correct.

The maximum value is 275 KN/mm2, but for design consideration we shall take safe side 200 kN/mm2 of minimum value.
