It is RCC Column. Hence, IS:456-2000 is only applicable. For long columns, SR should be more than 12 but less than 60.

A short steel column is one whose slenderness ratio does not exceed 50 in case of steel column.

If effe Length/radius of gyration >=50 it's call long column and for mild steel it's value is 80.
