During construction time, there will be workers and Equipment. Hence there must be some minimum Live Load considerations.

Yes, it is 75 kg/m^2 or 0.75kn/m^2. Inaccessible means roof top of the building slab.

For maintenance purpose, we have to consider minimum value of live load.

The Roof is considered as the dead load so live load of the roof.
