Heel should be longer than toe.

Slab depth is 1/10 to 1/14 of H or maybe equal to stem bottom width.
Heel 0.4H.
Base length 0.4-0.6 H.
Toe 1/3 to 1/4 of Heel.
Stem at the top min 20cm.
