The minimum thickness of the flat slab should not be less than 125 mm according to IS:456-2000,

It should be less than 125mm.
Total thickness is not less than L/36 for interior panel without drops. And not less than L/40 with drop. Is 456-1978.

Option A should be 125 mm (minimum).
