3 times in main bars or 600mm - whichever is smaller.

5 times in transverse or distribution or 600mm whichever is smaller.

The horizontal distance between parallel main reinforcement bars shall not be more than three
times the effective depth of solid slab or 300 mm whichever is smaller IS-456.

Yes, right @Baloch.

3Depth in Main steel And 300 mm whichever is less.
Distribution steel 5Depth And 450 mm whichever is less.
As Per IS 456.

Main bars 3 and distribution bar 5.

Spacing main bars = 3 times the depth.

Transverse bars = 5 times (according to RS Khurmi).

3 times the efficient depth but not more than 600 mm in case of main bars. But in case of distribution bars 6 times the efficient depth.

Determine thickness of the slab from the consideration of limiting stiffness. The pitch of such reinforcement shall not exceed 5 limes depth of slab or 60 cm.
