Here the answer is 2 times because mention hook which only formed in mild unless mention specifically HYSd.

Internal radius of the bend from hook is (twice the diameter) and the length of straight bar beyond the end of curve should be (seven time the diameter of the bar).

HOOK is not provided for HYSD, only for mild steel, it is provided. Therefore it's 2.
