The Answer is right.

z=d-n/2 .if developed value of bond Stress exceeds permissible value it can be reduced by
1- Increasing depth of beam.
2- Increasing number of bars of less dia.

Also you can check it with relation to dimension as dimention of stress = N/mm2.
