When the canal bed is high than a river bed, the canal will go below the river. So, we have to provide Super passage.

When the canal is lower than the river bed, River will go below the canal. So, we have to provide Aqueduct.

The Question is,

While deciding the alignment of a proposed canal taking off from a river at B, three alignments of approximately equal lengths are available. These cross drainages at C1, C2 and C3 where drainage bed levels C1 > C2 > C3, you will provide at site C3.
