The answer is C.
t= (h-1)/(G-1).
Now, h-1=h,
So, we get h'/(G-1).
t= (h-1)/(G-1).
Now, h-1=h,
So, we get h'/(G-1).

I things the question is wrong.
According to h as given in the question. t will be h/(G-1).
Please check it.
