Delta means the depth of water required during the growing period. Delta is 12 cm. It doesn't mean that root zone depth is 120 cm.

Root zone for rice is 90cm.
120cm is Avg delta for rice crop.

Yes, 120 is correct. 90 is for sugar cane.
