Height will be same moving from the top of the tank to bottom of the tank and vice versa i.e 2m.

For upward acc = (p-pa)= wh(1+a/g).
For downward acc = (p-pa)= wh(1-a/g).
Substituting the value of a = g/2, the ratio of this comes out to be 3:1.
For downward acc = (p-pa)= wh(1-a/g).
