P=(ρ)gh is for static pressure.
For container moving vertically upward with constant acceleration a pressure P' would become:
P'=(ρ)(g+a)h
P'=(ρ)gh+(ρ)ah
P'=P+ (ρ)ah
Hence,
P' > P.
Similar is the case when moving vertically downward except;
P'=(ρ)(g-a)h.
Hence;
P' < P.

Water pressure is directly proportional to the depth of water from the top surface of the water.
