Metacentric height = w.x/(W tan a).
w = 900 kg.
W = 10,000 kg.
x = 9.8 m.
MH = 5 m.
Using these formula and values find value of a.

5 tan a = 900 * 9.8/(10000),
tan a = 0.1764,
a = 10.15.
tan a = 0.1764,
a = 10.15.
