Piezometer only measures positive pressure disadvantage of piezometer is it cannot measure negative pressures. Hence D cannot be the answer. It will also not measure velocity head as there is no kinetic energy. And it will also not give total pressure.

Piezometer will always gives datum head + pressure head and total head means datum head +pressure head+velocity head.
